06How We Disclose Personal Information

6.1 Service Providers, Business Partners, and Marketing Partners

We share Personal Information with our service providers, business partners, and Marketing Partners. "Marketing Partners" include third-party companies whose products or services you have requested or expressed interest in, or whose products or services may reasonably be of interest to you. By submitting your information through the Service, you authorize us to share your information with our Marketing Partners and authorize those Marketing Partners to contact you in accordance with the consents you have provided.

A current categorical list of our Marketing Partners is available at our Marketing Partners page. We currently use HighLevel Inc. as our customer relationship management provider. Each third party with whom we share information is responsible for its own privacy and communication practices.

6.2 Business Transfers

Personal Information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, receivership, sale of all or substantially all Company assets, or transition of service to another provider. You will be notified of any such change as required by applicable law.

6.3 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose Personal Information if we are required to do so by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) enforce our agreements; (b) respond to claims that any content violates the rights of third parties; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of Company, our users, or the public; or (d) cooperate with law enforcement or government investigations.

07Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information only as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce our agreements. We retain consent records for at least the period required by applicable law (which may be five years or more for TCPA compliance).

08Communications and Opt-Out Rights

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time:

  • Email: Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or contact privacy@p50digital.com.
  • SMS / text messages: Reply STOP, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, CANCEL, or any other reasonable opt-out request to any text message you receive.
  • Phone calls: Inform the caller that you wish to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list, or contact us at privacy@p50digital.com.

We honor all reasonable revocation requests in accordance with applicable law. If you opt out of marketing communications, we may still send you transactional communications related to a transaction you have initiated or your account.

Please note: opting out of marketing communications from Company does not automatically opt you out of communications from our Marketing Partners. To opt out of communications from a particular Marketing Partner, you must contact that partner directly.

09Data Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect Personal Information against accidental, unauthorized, or unlawful access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No information system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
